A Great Village Tour In Punjab
It’s 2017 and the world is almost up to its neck with big cities, skyscrapers, never ending roadways and chaotic lifestyles. Now, while traveling you need to rejuvenate your soul and not glamorize your eyes.
The next big thing in travel is going to be rural tourism in Punjab, India. Closer to man’s origin, nature’s care and spiritual presence, who isn’t pleased by rural life?
Imagine waking up to mesmerizing petrichor, sounds of flames crackling from an earthen pot on fire, smell of a staple curry, sound of native women whispering in groups walking by, children playing with anything and everything they can access, open fields and a very welcoming presentiment.

Hand milking :
Centralized dairy farming as we understand it primarily developed around villages and cities, where residents were unable to have cows of their own due to a lack of grazing land. Near the town, farmers could make some extra money on the side by having additional animals and selling the milk in town. The dairy farmers would fill barrels with milk in the morning and bring it to market on a wagon. Until the late 19th century, the milking of the cow was done by hand.
